Client Testimonials
''Wonderful Therapist who listens but also helps you think about solutions and how to grow. Couldn't recommend enough''
''I love how explicit and actionable Alison is: she doesn't hesitate to name things and explain why I act or react in certain ways and feel certain things. This really helps me understand my mental health and the roots of my issues more clearly. I always leave sessions feeling like I have a better understanding of what's going on. I'm very happy with Alison as my therapist''
''I honestly believe that after my first session with Alison Carey, there was a significant improvement to my sense of worth. Alison has managed to help me identify areas of negative thought and with that start to correct my thought patterns. I would highly recommend Alison to anyone''
